How to reduce Camera2 api delay on first frame ?

Hello,

Thanks for your code. It really helpfull.

We have replace our Nail Detection model with the deeplab model which you provide in our code.
Our model is running no problem with that.

But when ever the camera is open there is a delay of 3 to 4 second on first frame. 

How can we reduce this delay ?
