Update kuberay-operator Deployment to support --zap-log-level

Kuberay operator deployment does not support --zap-log-level or extra/additional args.

We specifically need to set the --zap-log-level it would be nice to support extra args or additional args for potential future flexibility.

That would be super helpful!

Either with a logLevel: error or extraArgs: ["--zap-log-level=error"] in the values.yaml file would be good.
