Compilation test pickle failed with RDKit 2018.09.1

after adding in compiler.js
'libRDKitDepictor.so',
'libRDKitcoordgenlib.so',
'libRDKitmaeparser.so',

and changing deps to 2018.09.1 there is an issue with pickle testcase:
