NewAppScreen problems on devices such as tablets

Description

When I create a new project and run the test code on tablet, NewAppScreen on tablet does not take the whole screen as it should but only a part, see below in Screenshots.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new project
2. Run it on an Android tablet
