Subject: [PATCH] Use new Redpanda logo in mobile top nav

The mobile top nav rendered the old "R" logo
(Redpanda_Favicon_32px.svg) while the desktop sidebar and footer use
the current geometric mark (footer-logo.svg). Swap the mobile logo to
footer-logo.svg so branding is consistent across viewports.
