NTM mode needs to be changed to use minspeed instead of 0%

When using NTM mode, the second phase is starting at 0%.
We need to change this to be minspeed.

Are you talking about the toLow param of the map function?

WavePhase 4 might have a similar problem....

I think the problem is this line:
anti_speed=PulseMaxSpeed*sin(radians(map(now()-WaveStart,3300,4500,0,180)));
It will create a sinusoidal wave that starts at zero when angle is 0 and the peak at PulseMaxSpeed when angle is 90 and then it will return back to zero when angle is 180.
We don't want it to start at zero. We need to start at PulseMinSpeed.
