This would be conducted as a virtual hackathon I think.

Grade the papers on reproducibility.

This could become a paper on "the state of reproducibility in reflectometry"

I wonder if we should try to get the deposited examples and try and run them with a CI? Or add a Docker container and script that would run them.

It would be nice. However, I am aware at least for some of my examples (https://github.com/arm61/lipids_at_airdes) the analysis can take many hours to complete, and that is on a few cores.
