Image picker not working

I tried use this plugin to pick an image form gallery. But is not working. When I tried to pick I saw an error: "TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Reign.StreamManager' threw an exception". Even in this test project.

Unity may have updated stuff that breaks the post build step.
