`re -o json get dataset` should return same detail as corresponding v1 API route

re -o json get dataset currently returns a subset of what's available from the corresponding v1 API route (example in screenshot).
Would be great to have everything.
Prompted by UBS wanting to get all datasets where QoS is enabled, which is possible via v1 API but not possible with the CLI.
Note this is for re -o json get dataset (i.e. not the curated table output you get without -o json).
