Support for Anthropic API

Problem

Currently, there is a lack of comprehensive Rust library for Anthropic API support. This repository already provides OpenAI API integration with multiple features, adding Anthropic API support could provide with more AI model options.

Solution

I've forked the repo and added support for anthropic API with currently adding feature for chat completion, let me know if you are interested. I'll create a pull request.
