Description

Create an architecture document explaining the static website architecture and deployment flow.

Scope

• Document runtime architecture
• Document build and deployment architecture
• Explain S3 + CloudFront hosting
• Explain static export constraints
• Explain why no backend/database is needed for MVP

Out of Scope

• Detailed Terraform implementation
• Cost analysis
• Multi-environment architecture

Acceptance Criteria

• docs/architecture.md exists
• Runtime architecture is documented
• CI/CD architecture is documented
• Static export constraints are documented
• AWS services used by the project are listed
• Architecture is understandable without reading code

Technical Notes

• Architecture should match the MVP document.
• Include simple text diagrams if helpful.
