Updating Dependencies

Hello there,

Was checking out the repository, and its dependencies are a bit dated, is there a plan to review these?

List of base observations:

• ReactJs is outdated by 2 major versions
• NextJs is outdated by 1 major version.

I can look into it, if you want.

I'll take this one on me since we also have to pin Nextra version and fix an issue with syntax Shiki (the syntax highlighter used) is breaking the build since it doesn't support Rego by default.

Context: previously the syntax highlighter was Prism.js.
