Its common for many email plugins to offer a logging feature. I realize that resend offers this in the dashboard, but having a log tool in WordPress still makes a lot of sense.
I imagine having a custom table of the emails (before processed) so if they fail a admin can attempt to "resend" or process the email by resend again. A setting would be required to let admins define how long to keep the log.
I could also see a page using the resend api to display the same log information that's available in the resend dashboard.
