Record Mode Output: Where are all the request and response jsons saved?

Hello, I'm new to this restbird. I'm particularly interested in recording and capturing all API requests and responses.

Would I know where those are stored as in json?

I do pytest in python and could do rest request and response assert coding in my own API suite. Thanks!
