Different builds tested, including Midsummer Edition.
How to reproduce:
Have Silent.mo loaded and activate Silent pic in Shoot menu. Select full-res in Silent pic submenu.
Lens with AF feature mounted and AF activated.
Enter liveview and press half-shutter for > 0.5 seconds.
Expected results:
After AF is established a silent pic will be captured.
Observed result:
While half-shutter is pressed message "Focusing ..." is visible. You may see focus confirmation (focus rectangles in green) but there will be no capture taking place.
Tested with other cam (650D) and no problem with AF active. Silent pic gets captured.
Tested with 70D and MF: Silent pic captured after long half-shutter press.
