Footer padding causes playback to loop

Describe the bug
I added some footer padding to this PDF, and found that the playback seemed to loop back to the beginning when it hit the footer. It looks like the reader was parsing the top of the page and the bottom as a single section. EDIT: It seems like the issue is persisting with the default 0 padding settings for the document.

Environment info:

• OpenReader version: v2.1.0
• Using Docker: yes
• Browser: Firefox
• Device: AMD PC
• OS (need if iOS): Arch

Thanks for reporting. Have you tried turning off the "Smart sentence splitting" feature in the doc settings? Let me know if it changes the issue at all. It definitely needs fixing though and I will try to get on it.

I just turned off that setting to give it a test, and the issue seems to be persisting with a loop. Does that PDF have some weird formatting?

Hey I just pulled, and I'm still getting the same issue unfortunately. But I can't actually tell if I'm on the latest version yet! I'm new to using containers, and I'm not sure if the updates that were getting pulled were openreader, or some dependencies, and I can't see a version number in openreader settings, or elsewhere with podman ps or with podman inspect.

That's unfortunate. There is a version number in the startup logs like openreader@2.1.2, right at the start of the log. You can also pull the specific docker image with ghcr.io/richardr1126/openreader-webui:v2.1.2. Also the newest version has the a new custom theme option in settings.

Ah I found it, it was buried under some other stuff in the log. Yep I'm on 2.1.2.

Darn! I'm wondering if the PDF has notable weird formatting or something cause I haven't run into the issue elsewhere so far.
