Comment generation only creates one comment

The comment generation (#49 ) only creates a single comment for the first block containing comments all other blocks with comments are ignored

I've tried to figure out why it doesn't insert all comments on all blocks, as they are collected correctly first, but are not inserted in generation, with no success.

Thanks for reporting this. I have had a go at fixing it, and it's complicated. I expect this will take a few days to sort.
