I find the filter options a bit confusing at present:
Show all threads [ ]
Show unresolved threads [ ]
Threads which I have commented on since: YYYY/MM/DD... and which:
have not been resolved by me [ ]
..you can end up in weird configurations where no comments show up. This is where we would benefit from intended user stories / flows. I'm guessing these options are trying to work for the following flows:
- What do I need to do (unresolved threads)
- What do I need to catch up on (commented since..?)
- See everything to find something that was spoken about in a resolved thread (all threads)
I find it hard to visualise how the catch-up flow is filtering things.
If we wanted to be fancy, it would be cute to have a heatmap timeline like the contributions graph on profiles, and then be able to see how the filters interact with that "global" view.
