preserve maximized or windowed

As the title says, whenever I close the tab and reopen, it always starts as maximized. Maybe I'm missing something if there is a one

Window position, size, monitor and state (maximized or windowed) will be preserved for next restart.

But if App is in full screen (F11) #118 , on relaunch it won't be fullscreen. Instead the last state before fullscreen will be preserved.
