Dependency on Class::Method::Modifiers not listed

Hello,

Today I received a failure when attempting to install Throwable which was resolved when I installed Class::Method::Modifiers. Here's the log showing the test failure.

Upon installing Class-Method-Modifiers-2.13 the tests pass and Throwable then installs fine.
