feat(mobile): Create pool creation form with Zod validation

Overview

Create pool creation form component with comprehensive validation using Zod schema.

Tasks

• Create components/CreatePoolForm.tsx
• Add form fields: name, description, maxLoanAmount, interestRate, loanDuration
• Implement Zod schema matching PoolFactory contract validation rules
• Add real-time validation with inline error messages
• Display gas estimate before submission
• Disable submit button until all fields valid
• Show validation feedback on blur

Validation Rules (Matching Contract)

• Name: Non-empty string
• Description: Any string
• Max Loan Amount: Must be > 0
• Interest Rate: 0-10000 basis points (0-100%)
• Loan Duration: Must be > 0 seconds

Acceptance Criteria

• Form validates all fields according to contract rules
• Real-time validation provides immediate feedback
• Gas estimation displayed before submission
• Clear, user-friendly error messages
• Submit button enabled only when form valid
