For instance, sending a message to a user without having an initial message sent from them. Assume that we already have marketing permission from that user, for instance they clicked a checkbox that "I accept receive WhatsApp messages".
How can we send them a templated message through Meta without the user doing a triggering action, e.g. no message from the user.
The workflow for this in WhatsApp Business API is we create a template through the Meta website with variables / purpose (Marketing, Utility, Authentication), and wait for approval. And then send the template message.
I just wanted to inquire that is this possible to use with OpenWA, i.e. to send these Meta approved template messages.
Of course, we can configure the templates on the Meta side, but wanted to check if this use case was supported since didn't see it in my read of the docs.
