Subject: [PATCH] chore(site): update reCode logo frame to brand v1.9 (iter32
 fillets)

The Solid Chain brand assets moved to v1.9: the corporate frame gains
rounded 2.39-unit fillets at the openings (iter32 geometry). Swaps the
hero logo's inline frame path to match brand/products/tsc-recode.svg;
the pink </> glyph and the glyph-only favicon are unchanged in v1.9.
