Feature request: calls with query strings #96

It would be handy to be able to use Presto to do s2s calls with query strings. Something like:
GET /v4/people/$personID.json?inRoles=author,org-adminWe are starting to use query strings to filter listings and will do more of this as the taxonomy work continues.
