Right now, we're using Peridot to build packages for the SIGs. We want to switch to koji so we can start granting SIGs the necessary permissions to build and publish their own packages.
Open questions:
- Can we (and should we) run multiple kojid instances on the builders? Evaluate from an efficiency and security point of view.
