[wish] hide messages that are just orders to the bot

Like if the message is just @bot run full ci, the entire message should be collapsed as outdated to avoid keeping the PR tidy.

I would hide them as "Resolved". That's also a nice way to show that they were taken into account. Should we do it for all orders (as long as the entire comment is an order to the bot) or only for a subset of them (e.g., not hide merge orders)?

No preference, and I too started hiding them with "resolved".

A little plus would be to collapse identical orders by removing (rather than collapsing) the followup. Since we push overlays remotely and then re-run the bench, I find myself with sequences of requests for benches that still take quite some place.
