Reject pair

As a student
I want to have the ability to reject a pair if they are unavailable
So that I can choose another pair

Scenario: Reject pair, give reason

Given a logged in student Rocco
And two students I have not paired with (Chidu & Chris)
And I visit homepage
And Chidu is suggested (but is actually not at Makers today)
When I click new pair
And I enter a reason
And I click submit
Then reason is stored in system
And I'm shown a new list with Chris as my pair option
