update parse.framework

Hi,

I just noticed that the parse.framework used is 1.6.1. The current version is 1.12. Do you think that just replacing Parse.framework and Bolts.framework is enough to update the plugin, or do you need to make changes on the CDVParsePlugin.* files?

I could do the update if it is just changing the frameworks, should I send you a pull request?
