Describe the bug
Both the WAVE browser extension and the Lighthouse tool in Chrome Developer Tools identify a missing button label in the ROR web app attached to the search box. Lighthouse also identifies additional structural issues.

The ROR web app passes accessibility inspections at a higher level.

We are planning a blog post and social media campaign around accessibility in conjunction with DataCite and ORCID for May 21st, so ideally these issues would be resolved by May 15th.

Use Lighthouse in Chrome Developer Tools https://developer.chrome.com/docs/lighthouse/overview and generate a report on https://ror.org/search and individual ROR record pages.
