Sample imbalance

Hi, thank you for making this library available!

I was wondering: I have two conditions I would like to test differences in cell proportions per cluster, but the samples are imbalanced. Condition 1 has 47 samples, and Condition 2 has 7 samples. Does the single cell proportion test account for that, and normalizes the proportions by sample size?

Did you ever figure out the answer to this? I have 48 samples in my disease and 17 in my control, so worried about the same thing
