Add a tag for ecosystem?

As this gets bigger, we lose the ability to quickly see all the packages in the R Markdown ecosystem, for example. If we stick with reactable, could use tags for this? https://glin.github.io/reactable/articles/cookbook/cookbook.html#tags-and-badges-1

I like the idea. Not sure we should stick a very long time with a table, we need to find a better to organize the package. But for now it would definitely help.

I think this would require #3 so that we can store the tag information easily.
