Reason for withdrawl

I think it would be interesting, and possibly also useful, if proposers could indicate why they are withdrawing a proposal. Perhaps some of my motivation is because I don't want the reason to be because they felt the suggestions were too critical, and I'd like a way to find out how often (if ever) that is the case.
