i have install etcdbrowser and etcdkeeper.
After registering service to etcd(by lease and keepalive)
Sometimes, etcdbrowser will lost my services, but i could found them in etcdkeeper.
Maybe you have set watching channel for exist nodes, but not reload all nodes, or keepalive is skipped
