Add "press <esc> twice to continue"

Instead of relying on the BBS itself for this, add this to bbsfw so that we don't even tie up a node on the BBS when a bot connects.

Yes, and allow to specify the prompt and the expected user input. Some bots pass through simple Esc-Esc sequence, unfortunately.

Huh, interesting. I had no idea. I'll try to come up with some clever ways around that.

Currently I am using a modified SSLH with a regexp probe to do that. But running a proper telnet firewall would be nice. :)
