MDFF Tutorial needs another update and overhaul. xMDFF section is out of date for sure. Double check voltool fit updates replacing situs. Add Map Tools GUI to GUI section.

Hi, is voltool fit included in vmd version of 1.9.3? Recently, I try to run the tutorial of mdff with 1.9.3. When I do rigid-body fitting with voltool fit command, it shows invalid. Is there a way to install the package in 1.9.3 not to update the vmd version?

voltool is only available in recent 1.9.4 alpha builds and is integrated directly into VMD so there is no way to update only it like there is with the mdff plugin. If you don't want or can't update VMD at this time, you can use another rigid body docking tool like Situs or Chimera. The already docked structure is also available in the tutorial files if you would prefer to skip that step entirely.
