Agent workflows: publish reusable DevGlobe discovery recipes

Problem

Using DevGlobe's MCP tools effectively in workflows requires clear, step-by-step developer recipes so users know how to chain tool calls together.

Acceptance Criteria

• Document runnable configuration examples for finding experts, agent-ready developers, comparing evidence, and requesting/polling introductions.
• Include safety and data integrity guidance.
• Links and cross-references to the Agent Skill docs.
