If pillar is not set a default password is set

When the pillar is not set "default_bareos_formula_password" is used in "Director > Password". I think it would be more secure not to include a password (although I'm new to bareos so I don't know if that prevents a director from connecting).

A colleague did a test, if the Password is set to '', any director trying "" as a password connects, and if the password attribute is not there the service doesn't start. I would suggest it is better that the bareos-fd doesn't start if the password is not set.
