Investigate: Cisco VPN config without additional P2P network

When freshly started, Cisco VPN has the option "Allow local (LAN) access..".
Test if this makes configuring a dedicated P2P network (including elevated privileges) unnecessary.

If yes, maybe show warning/ info that this option is also available.
