Recommended age range doesn't actually seem to be accurate #5

I copied and pasted the description for "Algorithms of the Intelligent Web" into http://verbiage.help/ and it recommended 6th-8th grade. Could this be correct? The language seems more advanced for a technical reader. Could it be possible that the technology keywords aren't actually recognized and properly classified by the system, because of the books used to teach the algorithms?
