Add animated wordcloud

An animated word cloud rendered from a json structure. Primary use case is to create dynamic "about me" sections, with links out to "evidence" or testimonials from colleagues etc.

I'll do some prompt engineering to go about creating the json structure. the word cloud will have tooltips with then some kind of looping animation of all the supported evidence
