sqlkit - 0.9.8 - GTK3 / Python 3 port - In progress

	Backward incompatibilities
	--------------------------

	* layout: ``Gtk.Layout`` (``Lay=`` / ``LS=``) inside a ``GtkScrolledWindow``
	          no longer honours ``width-request`` / ``height-request``: in
	          GTK3 the ScrolledWindow asks scrollable children for their
	          natural size and ``Gtk.Layout`` reports 0x0, so the demo
	          window came out empty. Use ``Gtk.Layout.set_size(w, h)`` to
	          declare the scrollable canvas, and the ScrolledWindow
	          properties ``min-content-width`` / ``min-content-height`` for
	          the viewport size. Updated ``demo/layout/00_layout.py``.

	* layout: ``Z`` (HandleBox) is now backed by ``GtkFrame`` instead of
	          ``GtkHandleBox``. ``GtkHandleBox`` is deprecated since GTK 3.4
	          and is removed in GTK 4; on modern themes it stops rendering
	          its child window, so the demo (``demo/layout/00_handle.py``)
	          showed an empty window. The drag-detach feature is gone.
	          Existing layouts that used ``Z=`` for grouping/decoration keep
	          working — only the gripper handle and the ability to tear off
	          the box at runtime are no longer there.
