As a Laboratory Automation Specialist (Abdulrahman), I would like to have new tag layout to support Ultima UG200 sequencing submissions.

Acceptance criteria

The feature should be feature-flagged, to allow decoupling of testing and deployment.

• create new tags, tagsets, tag layout templates to support Ultima P3 and Ultima P4
• **(new criterion as of 27/3/26) Please name the P4 tag set as follows: "UG-RD-1916 (Solaris 2.0 V1 PCR-Free Adapters for Ultima Genomics P4)". P3 tag set name will have to stay as-is because we don't know what the exact name would be. **

As shown in Ultima tagset 3.xlsx and Ultima tagset 4.xlsx, Z-index is continuing from the existing Ultima tag groups. 96 + 96+ 96 + 96
Adding them to the hash in app/controllers/ultima_sample_sheet/sample_sheet_generator.rb as following, should make them available in sample sheets correctly.

yes I thought so - I checked the code and the tags, the addition of the new tags should not break the existing behaviour, we need to add/run some tests before delivery though - that's way I put it as small story

Updated acceptance criteria following meeting with stakeholders 27/3/26. We agreed it would be beneficial to track the official commercial tag plate name (as we are already doing for some Illumina tag plates). This is recorded as the name of the tag group / set.

We currently buy the tag plates from Ultima, but plan to source them direct from IDT when they start making them commercially. At that point we will probably want to make a new tag set/group with same tags but a different commercial product name. (Beneficial in case to know when the switchover is in case of quality issues).
