As a user (Tavis M) I would like to be able to print the pool labels from the flexible pooling creation page. This should use the same label template / behaviour as the current pool printing from the pacbio pool index page.

To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• A button on the flexible pooling creation page (for existing flexible pools) that prints the labels for all the pools in the flexible pool.
