Extract Uploads into a dependency

Much like #175, not every Sapling instance will necessarily need to handle uploads, so making every Sapling instance install express-fileupload, filenamify, unused-filename and image-size is superfluous.

Refactor uploads to be their own separate dependency that can be optionally installed to Sapling.
