REGEX support everywhere where possible

Hello there

• potentially add regex support for ignored kick reasons so we can actually use it as blacklist because with regex that would probably be possible...
• potentially add regex support everywhere where we are able to list server names
• we really need regex support because if we define kick reason, we don't know if it will include capital letters and which ones will be capital, especially if you have a lot of plugins on backend servers
