Button inside getMatchTopHTML

Hi Sergi,

I'm back on the project and having trouble with a button within getMatchTopHTML - the button is visible but it doesn't respond.

getMatchTopHTML: (match) => {
		return `<button type="button" onclick="alert('Hello world!')">Click Me!</button>`;
}

Is there a restriction on the kind of button one can include?

Just looking at the code, I don't see why this wouldn't work.
It'd be great if you could provide a jsbin or something similar with an example.

If, instead of onclick, you insert a link with a href? Will it be clickable?

getMatchTopHTML: () => `<a href="google.com">`

I put this in:

return <a href="/google.com">TTT</a>;

I see the text TTT but nothing happens when I tap on it.

It must be me or the setup I have. I'll keep looking. Thanks for replying.

I mean, it can be a problem with bracketry, but for a start, please double check your setup...
