enable/disable private (underscore) names

I have a feature request.

The contextbrowser node is a really important tool for working with contexts, not just for the developer but even more so reviewing somebody else's flow. I'd like to suggest to also display the private variables (leading underscore) in the browser. They can be collapsed by default or have a filter button, but at least it would be possible to know if there is something else that might require closer inspection.

This was a design intent, as on everyday use it is more common to hide stuff from contextbrowser, especially when you provide wholes modules over global context.

If you need the keys, just create a function node and call the keys()-method on the context and put it to the debug pane.
