sbt 0.13 compatibility?

I haven't been able to use this project with SBT 0.13 - am I doing something wrong, or is it just not supported yet?

It needs to be republished for 0.13. I don't know if it will require any significant porting work or not. You can use plugins in source form by either doing a remote dependency on the git repo, or cut-and-pasting the .scala files from the plugin into your project/ directory, so it may be fairly easy to play around with it if you want. Hopefully I can work on the 0.13 support soon.

Just FYI, I tried publishing locally and it appears to work; the only issue was with the scalariform plugin, which must also be updated.
