Hi, I noticed this project wraps the original mp3gain for batch normalization.
I've been working on mp3rgain, a modern Rust rewrite of mp3gain that:
- Works natively on Windows 11, macOS (Apple Silicon), and Linux
- Handles Japanese/Chinese/Korean filenames without issues
- Single static binary, no dependencies
- Drop-in CLI compatible with original mp3gain
Since your batch scripts specifically address CJK filename issues, mp3rgain might simplify the workflow - it processes these filenames correctly out of the box.
