Padding increase in scrolling

When i create cslinearlayoutView with scroll property value YES and after that i add some items like

```
CSLinearLayoutItem *itmFoo=[CSLinearLayoutItem layoutItemForView:foo];
    itmFoo.padding=CSLinearLayoutMakePadding(25, 0, 0, 0);

```

now problem shown here:
when i scroll to bottom the top pad (e.g 25pt in) become increase.
why?
can i solve it?
